The Blue Ribbon Homes group of companies was started to meet the needs of my clients, and partners, as well as bring different neighborhood design concepts to East Tennessee. The Development Company now manages the creation of each of our neighborhoods and the related commercial construction. Builder Management, which is part of the Development Company, was started to help successful builders improve their accounting controls and access additional capital. Gold Key Solutions, in cooperation with Realty Executives, is responsible for all of the marketing of new homes. Property Management was necessary to insure the long term care of our rental assets. Remodeling was started to provide reliable service to Property Management. Although all of these companies are independent, they join forces to better serve landowners, home buyers and builders.

Our growth has been accelerated by the addition of talented executives with over 100 years of collective experience. This experience is coupled with the drive and ambition of young professionals. By limiting my activities to the Knoxville metro area, I can have a better understanding of those events that enable growth to occur. I use this information to assist a property owner to obtain the best value for their land and for my commercial clients to purchase the best location now and in the future.

Although I buy most types of income producing investment properties, such as apartments, mobile home parks and retail centers, I want to purchase more single family homes and condos. I am always interested in tracts of land that can be redeveloped into residential neighborhoods. I want to purchase land that is the best location for today and for the future.
